The large tent flooring system
A large-scale solution that’s exceptionally stable
This patented cassette flooring system is specially designed for large tents and works with Easyflex plus, Uniflex and Maxiflex modular component systems.
Thanks to its robust aluminium framework, it always remains dimensionally stable and can be fitted quickly and accurately. An integrated cable channel runs the width of the building in 5m increments , accommodating the cables and supply lines needed for exhibition stands. The system copes easily with heavy loads and, because it’s designed with such precision, laying carpets or other floor coverings is simple.
Cassette flooring
Easy, attractive and fast to fit… it’s got everything
Frame
• An anodised aluminium ring beam is placed on the periphery of the structure and fixed to the base plates with pins
• A galvanised steel rail is placed parallel to the long side and usually spaced out at one or two metre intervals
• Galvanised steel rail supports join together two beams
• Lateral gable ring beam base plate made in galvanised steel
• Base plate support
• Steel wedges of 1, 2, 3, 5 or 10cm
Cassettes
• Come in 22mm thick multi-ply wood with an anti-slip surface on the outside and a smooth surface underneath
• The edges are specially treated for extra protection
• Stability and connection between the cassettes is ensured by male and female anodised aluminium profiles screwed along the length of each cassette. Extra stability comes from a central wooden batten on the underside
There are two patterns for 10 to 40m standard structures:
• 2 x 1m standard cassette
• 1.08 x 1m infill cassette for 15 and 25m structures
Different patterns are available for Multiforms and Cottages
Complements
• Galvanised steel infill plates for 20, 30 and 40m structures, with adjustable width, best used in the centre of a structure
• Versatile cassette rack for transporting cassettes (20 on a rack). It can also be used as a standard cassette, and comes equipped with a useful service trap for electric cables and water pipes
Double-braced flooring
